A little about the woman behind Soluna.

HOW REIKI FOUND ME
Reiki came into my life during a time when I had experienced a deep loss.
I remember feeling as though something inside me had quietly closed. I had stopped crying, even though there was so much I hadn't expressed.
When I experienced Reiki for the first time, something shifted. I softened. I cried. And somehow, I felt a little more connected to myself again.
That experience stayed with me. It sparked a curiosity to understand Reiki more deeply and explore the relationship between energy, emotions and self-connection.
What began as a personal experience eventually became a path I wanted to walk more consciously. I learned Reiki, continued to deepen my practice, and discovered something I now feel deeply called to share with others.
WHAT REIKI MEANS TO ME
For me, Reiki is not about fixing you. It is not about changing who you are or telling you what you should feel.
It is about creating space – space to pause, breathe, feel and listen inward.
Sometimes we simply need a moment away from the noise of everyday life to hear ourselves again. That is what I love about Reiki: its gentleness.
There is nothing you need to force and nothing you need to perform. You simply arrive and allow yourself to receive.
THE EVOLUTION OF SOLUNA
Soluna has evolved alongside me.
What began as a creative idea around jewellery slowly grew into something much more personal.
Over time, as my own interests, experiences and understanding of spirituality deepened, so did the vision behind Soluna.
Jewellery was once a way for me to express beauty, intention and individuality. Today, that same desire for meaningful expression has taken a different form — through Reiki, meditation, cacao, rituals, gatherings and spaces for connection.
The essence, however, has remained the same: creating something meaningful, intentional and beautiful.
Soluna Rituals is not about one single practice. It is a space that continues to evolve, just as we do.
MY APPROACH
Come as you are.
You don't need to know anything about Reiki.
You don't need to have experience with meditation. You don't need to arrive with a clear intention, or even know exactly what you need.
My role is simply to hold a calm and intentional space for you.
I don't believe someone else can tell you who you are or who you should become. I believe we all carry our own inner wisdom. Sometimes, we just need a little space to hear it.
BEYOND SOLUNA
Outside of Soluna, I am a mother, a lover of the ocean, nature, slow mornings, meaningful conversations and the little rituals that make everyday life feel special.
I believe spirituality doesn't have to be complicated or separate from everyday life.
It can be a walk by the sea, a cup of cacao in the morning, lighting a candle before bed, taking a deep breath, feeling the sun on your skin or simply giving yourself permission to rest.
For me, these small moments are where connection often lives.
WHY I CREATE THESE SPACES
I know what it feels like to move through life while carrying things quietly inside. And I know how powerful it can be when we finally give ourselves permission to pause.
Whether you come to Soluna for a Reiki session, a ceremony, a workshop or a retreat, my intention is simple: to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect and come home to yourself.
I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE
Maybe you found Soluna at exactly the right moment. Maybe you're simply curious. Maybe something inside you is asking for a little more space, softness or connection.
Whatever brought you here, you are welcome.
Come as you are.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have always been drawn to the things that invite us to look a little deeper – spirituality, nature, energy, rituals and the quiet moments in between.
For a long time, though, I didn't really know where that curiosity would lead me.
Life has taken me through different places, experiences and chapters, and along the way I began to understand how important it is to create space for ourselves – not only when life feels easy, but especially when it doesn't.
